Our Role in the Legislative Process

Black Excellence in Cannabis operates as a policy partner within Washington State’s legislative and regulatory ecosystem. We engage directly with lawmakers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure social equity is embedded into cannabis law and protected through implementation.

Our work spans the full policy lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to regulatory oversight and enforcement, ensuring equity provisions remain intact after passage.
